We offer an array of book sizes, binding materials, and finishing touches to suit your bookbinding requirements.
For guestbooks found at the entrance or reception of your establishment we recommend books of A4 or A3 size. These sizes allow ample space for guests to note their most memorable experiences, their name, country or province and the dates which they stayed.
For information books, guestbooks and gift books in rooms, the A5 book size is a lovely personal touch to any guests stay.
Choosing a cover for your guestbook usually depends on the theme of your business. Game farms have the option of combining various woods and leathers, or sticking with leather to match the natural environment surrounding them. We offer several stunning colours.
Guest houses wanting to more extravagant and unique look have leather, imitation leather, demin and even velvet as material options.

Every guestbook/gift book and information book requires a few finishing touches.
Adding your business’ name, logo and date does just that.
You can have your logo, name and date engraved on the cover or spine of the book – both are equally appealing.
Wooden covers are engraved by laser. Engraving on all other covers is heat foiled using either silver or gold foil. The perfect final touch to your fully personalised guestbook.
Additionally, we can also blind deboss the logo. This imprinting method requires no foil.
At Bookbinding Services, we hold a strong eco-friendly and sustainable practice belief. We therefore do not offer plastic bookbinding as part of our services. However, for information folders we use a very good quality plastic sleeve.
Although we do not offer printing services, we work closely with several reputable printing companies.
For information books, we will gladly organise printing on your behalf. Files can be sent via email, USB or WeTransfer.
